Airport plane

There are two planes on display outside the Port Elizabeth Airport.  The first one is an Impala on top of Aviators Bar and Grill and the second one which is situated next to the parking lot is an Albatross.  The Albatross was a maritime aircraft used by the South African Navy for patrols.

  1. We have a very beautiful fighter on the edge of our village in the UK. I am not sure what it is but will do some research on my return. Diane

  2. I can see why it's called an albatross.

  3. Remember when Ace Express operated a whole fleet of the Albatrosses. Really nosy nasal sounding planes.
