Township Tavern Lunch

Jeya's Jazz Corner in New Brighton Township is a very popular stop with tourists visiting the township.  Noxolo Sume makes a buffet lunch and dinner for tourists by prior arrangement and this normally goes down well with the visitors.  On this occasion she made a combination of traditional and western foods.

One of the traditional foods on offer on this particular day was "Smileys".  Smileys are cooked sheep heads cut in half.  Although its a township delicacy, I wasn't brave enough to try it yet.
