The building boasts two theatres, The Barn which stages smaller plays while the main theatre plays host to big shows like operas, ballet and musical shows.

ReplyDeleteI love how this photo emphasises what a steep slope the building actually stands on - really unusual! I only realised how authentically Victorian the Opera House was when I came to London and saw all the Victorian theatres here! We are so lucky to have this wonderful building.
