The Three Pagodas Road House, in Kabega Park, is one of the few remaining road houses in Port Elizabeth. It seem like a life time since we were last there, but it should bring back memories for a lot of Port Elizabethans who like Chinese cuisine and have visited the place over the years.
Oh,do go back and decide whether you like it as much as you did originally. Would be interesting to hear your reactions.
ReplyDeleteI am sorry to say that I have never eaten at Three Pogodas. I hear the Chinese food is excellent. Maybe I should make a plan and go.
ReplyDeleteHappy Memories!
ReplyDeleteThanks you so much. I just stumbled onto your blog and have spend several wonderful hours browsing. I was born in PE and attended Grey School, matriculating in 66. We left in 1976, migrating to Houston TX. I have been fortunate in that my in-laws still live there so we get to visit every few years (we will be there in March).
ReplyDeleteAgain thanks for the nostalgic trip - I will be a regular lurker.
The Three Pagodas! Who knes that would be the one roadhouse to stand the test of time in PE?!
ReplyDeleteI never even realised it was a roadhouse, despite the words Road House in large friendly letters ... what is the food like?
